Very unproffesional staff who shouldnt be allowed to work with people. Im waiting over 2 weeks for an apointment. They canceled my apointment which I waited for over 1 week ( was told 2 days before that) and then got booked a different one which I was told is on eccles. I had it booked but it was on pendleton... OVER 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT its a joke. Avoid this place at all cost and dont believe/listen to anything the staff are saying because theres no point. Absolutely no communication within the facility. Wonder how long till I ever se a doctor... and for all that I get robbed 70 quid every month for NI ...

Been going there for 10 years every time I go I’m happy with service and Helpful Dr and staff Also they are under pressure because there very very busy

Awful awful service, I've tried getting my medical history signed off buy a doctor but they wouldn't give me a time frame of when it will be done by and I needed it urgently. It was given and paid for a month before hand. They really do not care about their own patients. Something needs to be done about this, it's an absolute disgrace.

Awful service, older lady on reception walked past 3 times without acknowledging i was stood waiting to be seen. When she finally decided to talk to me she just raised her head and didnt say a word. Very very rude

So. Where do we start? Started with 6 people in the queue on the phone. 30 minutes later 4 people. An hour after that 2 people. And 40 minutes after that I finally got spoken to. 2 hours and 10 minutes to get through 6 people. You’re joking!?! Right!? Then after that I wanted to book an appointment as I think I have an infection. What do I get responded with? “Sorry we’re fully booked” THEN WHY DON’T YOU HAVE A SYSTEM TO SAY THAT SO PEOPLE DON’T WAIT 2 HOURS FOR NOTHING!?! “Is there anything I can do to get seen to?” I asked. “You could go to the walk-in centre.” well Jeez I didn’t think of that! Yeah let’s go to the place where everyone else’s is going! that’s smart because you can’t just say that you’re fully booked before waiting 2 hours. So I could’ve been waiting 2 hours at the walk-In centre rather than on the phone for no reason! Honestly, even if I did get an appointment I’d still say it’s a 1 star because the appointment would take forever to actually happen. By far the most useless GP possible, there’s a reason for the 2 stars.

So unprofessional and disappointing. You have to be very lucky to get an appointment in here. I will looking for another place to register.

If I could give this place 0 star I will, they don’t deserve 1star, the most unprofessional and disgusting service I have ever received. The receptionist are so rude the hang the phone on you when u try to question their action. They say call at 8am and when you do you be on the queue above 30 even when you call at 8am for an appointment. I waited on the queue for almost 2hrs even when I called at 8am. Once is 9am I notice the queue get quicker and once the rude and disgusting receptionist pick the phone they speak to you rudely and tell you there’s no appointment left. I’ll advise everyone to stay away this surgery they are very unhelpful. Getting an appointment in this place is a no go area.

Wish I could give a zero rating. Always running out of appointment even when we are caller number less than 5. Taking weeks to get a GP appointment. Following up for more than 52 weeks for a referral and still unable to secure one. Please don't register in Willow tree.
