Wouldn’t give it 1 star, staff are rude crack a smile it wouldn’t hurt. They clearly don’t want to be there, whatever service you need they question you and cause an issue but then say there’s no issue? Well crack on and do your job then instead of sitting there trying to argue. It’s a shame there’s probably people out there that would happily work that are genuinely nice people with good customer service. You won’t get that here.
