Had the most amazing and relaxing time here, all the workers are extremely kind and great communicators. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere from the second I walked through the door. I’m not a huge fan of massages but I am now! The facial was amazing and so refreshing, all the products felt so light! My skin has never felt better.

I booked a 4 hour pack… the ladies where lovely however found I was laying on the table more than being pampered. The facial as a let down. I’ve had better at my local. When the mask was on drying I feel massage on the arms hands feet would have been relaxing and enhanced the experience. Very dissatisfied.

I will start with a fact, I have very high standards when it comes to these kinds of pamper treatmen

1/ 5

I will start with a fact, I have very high standards when it comes to these kinds of pamper treatments as I did study and work in the industry over 10 years ago. This is why I typically go to places that charge higher prices with the expectation that they will offer high end services. On this occasion though, it was a gift, my treatment was the hydration facial. The therapist (I do not know her name as she never said it) did not shut the door during my treatment which I found very uncomfortable, another therapist even came into the room to talk during my treatment! She did not do any skin analysis or ask any questions about my skin type which I thought was strange as this was supposed to be customised and tailored to my skin. She seemed to perform the bare minimum effort of cleansing and exfoliating. The massage was short and not very relaxing. The mask was applied and she spent 1-2 minutes "massaging" my hands, feet and scalp, which was really just pressing down briefly on each limb. She then left and I lay on the table for over 15 minutes (I believe she may have then gone to paint another clients nails as that was what the other therapist had come in to discuss earlier) which was very boring and left me feeling very "unpampered". I feel for this kind of money the therapist should be spending the entire hour in the room and continuing the hand/foot/scalp massage while the mask is on. I won't be going back.
