They lied to me about the actual price of what I was having done at I was given a firm price on what I needed. Went back two days later, had the exact procedure done and was charged nearly double that amount!!! Hair colour was below average too. Not worth 100. I have paid less at top London hairdresser's for basic colour. Avoid this place. A con.

Went it for a wash, cut and blow dry. Was best cut I've had in a long time, perfect length with a beautiful finish. I had Meg and she was wonderful, very welcoming and skilled, I will certainly be going back.

I can't speak highly enough of the team at Saks! I always feel welcome and relaxed in the salon, and the staff are always attentive and friendly. I'm always grateful of the professional advice and the consistently high level of service provided - especially by Megan, who leaves my hair looking and feeling amazing every time.

In the past I’ve never gone back to the same hairdresser however I’ve now been to get my hair done by Steph several times now. I go for colour, cut and blow dry and absolutely love my hair now, especially the colour! All the ladies who run the salon are lovely too and always make you feel welcome. Can only highly recommend - 10/10 :)

The hairdressers were nice and my hair was done nicely. I stopped going there as the last time I went they refused to do my hair as I was 2 minutes late to the appointment, which was ridiculous
