Not bad for some things but a bit small. Staff are always friendly though.

The customer service is great. One example was one of the employees saw us looking for cookies that were out of stock, so he told us to wait a minute and went to get a fresh batch that was just cooked. Considering the cookies were also on offer, the trip to Sainsbury left me satisfied.

Very convenient place have all stuff we need for day to day use

If I am not wrong, the first Sainsbury's supermarket to be opened. It's not a big shop but consists of everything you need.

Small store with limited stock, but still good selection. Confusing car parking signage, but helpful Customer Assistant.

It is an amazing one stop place to shop for many , the variety of items available at reasonable price, ease of finding items and friendly staff nature makes us visit this place all the time. Just read new about closing of this south harrow store. Felt very sad about it. Please if possible request not to close permanently. We need it to be open.

They are closing this store down in early December 2020. Such a shame. For a lot of the locals, it's going to be hard finding good quality food locally, now that the last mainstream supermarket on the South Harrow High Street is going to disappear. Sign of the times sadly. 😞

Normally Sainsbury's is so good with customer service but ..this store completely opposite ..oh man u don't wanna go there
