Bad service, felt ignored by the staff. Rice and noodles tasted of fish?! No cutlery on the table either so we took it off the other tables. At least I wasn't the only customer being ignored because the staff were ignoring other customers.

The staff intentionally ripped me off by giving the wrong changes even though I had asked for three times. The service was so poor that I felt it's not worth my money. Definitely not come back again!! Cheating!!

Buffet didn't get restocked and the desert table was empty, utter disgrace, THE worst place i've eaten. Staff couldn't be bothered asking what we wanted to drink until we had finished eating. I know nothing about working in buffets but I could do a better job, that's how's bad thief place is AVOID

Def a different chef and not how it used to be. I wanted Deep Fried Chilli Beef and was advised Chilli Beef in Honey sauce was the same. It wasn't. It didn't look right and had a fishy wiff and taste about it. Sadly I won't return. First meal out after lockdown and it was a disappointment. Lemon Chicken ordered too which was as it should be and what you'd expect. Fried rice was bland. Noodles which were to accompany the main dises/meal tasted the best and good portion size.

The worst experience with Chinese food ever, completely overpriced and the quality of food is very poor. Nothing to do with an authentic Chinese cuisine, we‘ve got a Sichuan beef and king Po chicken and in both cases the meat was very bad and tasted not fresh, the only fine part was dim sum. When we asked if the meat is fresh as it didn’t taste it this way- they just told us that the chef confirms that the meat was fresh, nothing happened after - they still charged us the full price even though we complained about the quality of the food. It’s the most expensive and the worst Chinese food I’ve ever tried - read this and don’t go! Also the staff is not friendly and not helpful at all. Will never come back there again.

Horrendous food. Would never order again. The "ribs" were practically unidentifiable. the soup was hot water with some bits and pieces thrown in, the duck rolls looked and tasted like they came from the Sainsburys round the corner and the King Prawn Fried rice was a mound of rice with a couple of prawns. A waste of money all round.
