I am really happy with my new windows which were fitted last Thursday. I was a little worried about the installation day as we have 4 large dogs. The thought of having all the windows and doors taken out all at the same time was worrying because the workman would be working in all the rooms. However, they were extremely helpful, and helped to shepherd the dogs about from room to room so that they were safe. they arrived early morning but were completely finished by 12.15 a.m. I couldn`t believe the difference it made. Beautifully fitted with no mess at all. I will certainly recommend Safestyle to my friends and family in future. Thanks so much..

I can't lie I love my new windows. And have had a great experience from start to finish. I started with a no rubbish talk salesmen who listened to what I wanted, to the installation day where even though they were short staffed they never moaned and kept the house tidy as they went. The guys were friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. Can't thank everyone enough. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely disgusting company. 2 days to fit, and 8 days off work so far to do the remedial work - some of which they just failed to turn up. I have lost more money in salary than the door cost. Customer services are a disgrace. Their attitude is vile, intimidating and are extremely unhelpful. The product is not fit for purpose, and the workmanship of the fitters is at best sloppy. Don't touch this company with a barge pole !

Really pleased with the installation. Safe style were professional from the start. The quotation was easy and I had none of the 'sales tactics' deployed by other companies. Overall I would recommend SafeStyle.

Had 2 doors from Safestyle. They look fabulous. Very pleased with the whole process from choosing to installation. Cannot fault them.

Arranged for a quote to be done for 1 window. Salesman came in without any ppe. Their policy states they will be fully ppe’d up. I said my husband will be home shortly during conversation. To which I was told he couldn’t be in my house alone with me for my safety as my husband needs to be present, my husbands name wasn’t logged at the time I arranged the appointment. Very weird! I said I’d get my 16 yr old in the room then if it’s a problem. No! He packed up his stuff and he walked out and said he will wait in the car for 10 mins till he arrived. I rang my brother who could be here in 2 mins. The guy said no he’s not allowed to be present as it has to be my husband. He said he will leave and get the office to call to arrange when we are both here. Having rang the office to ask about this weird ‘policy’ they said that they have never heard of such thing. I then had endless calls from them to rearrange. He could have measured the window from the outside but never gave me the option. I will not be using them. They need to sort out their staff.

Read the reviews AFTER had mine fitted June 2021 needless to say I’m writing similar things. It can depend on the fitting team to how good the job is done and then as a result reflects badly on the product due to bad installation work. My house was disrespected and I had lots of damage to be repaired both inside and out. During installation I expressed my concerns to be told not to worry. I also had to take several days off work to be at home one they didn’t show up and they don’t agree to compensate as they claim they are arranging a date to come out at customer convenience, go figure on that one! My patio doors were the worst fit ever and I had to kick them shut and didn’t open again till fixed. I also like another review find closing the windows difficult, stiff. I am still in negotiations with them over settling to pay for this shoddy work. I can’t begin to list the damage which was mainly due to the removal of my old windows. I will say a second team that came out were a pleasant pair and fixed the worst of the problems. I won’t say don’t have Safestyle windows they look good and hopefully in years to come will prove a good product, your experience may be like the good reviews on here and not us unfortunate ones.

Shahid Siddique which I believe is some kind of forceful sales person...placed my order and then bypassed all GDPR rules to message me and send photos of himself...if I would have known Safestyle operate like this I would have never placed the order...sleezeball

very disappointed with aftersales , i have emailed & called numerous times as i have had a new door fitted which is really nice my only problem is that i still havent got my new door knocker , the door was fitted on 7.10.2021 , this might not be a major problem to some people but i see it as the job is not completed yet

Please Avoid Safe Style I had my entire home refitted by them 6 years ago and since then i have had nothing but problems i have had issues with 80% of the products they fitted I have had to have them come out and repair over 11 times and I'm still no better off there customer service is horrendous my front doors led falls out all of the time my patio doors are warped greater than a banana the rubber gaskets around my windows are whistling like a builder and when they come out to repair its done at a appalling standard that doesn't fix the issue only makes it worse i spent 6K on these windows and doors I even had the diamond package witch is the best quality level they offer and its still terrible please please avoid them because if something goes wrong witch from my experience it will then your on your own
