Facility was good. However was promised a price match by their phone team. Came down to take out the unit and was told they ‘weren’t doing price matches’ as they ‘were busy and didn’t need the business’. Pushed and a manager said they would honour the promise of a price match, but only with their (expensive) insurance - so not a great deal! Ended up going to Smart Store on the dock road.

Excellent customer service from the staff here@ Liverpool central. Clean rental space at a competitive price. Bonus is the very nice cafe within the building!

Good experience so far, best price of all storage quotes I got and location in the city easy to get to. Signing up was very easy as Joe had been very thorough with his information and Callie had us up and running on the day in no time. Small criticism: safestores insurance is about 5 times higher than if you shop around and they are clearly on a mission to try and sell you it.

Easy Access with loads of Parking

Friendly and very helpful team at the Liverpool premises. Sometimes a shortage of trolleys , so head office please supply a few more. When I wanted to downsize to a smaller unit I was disappointed that your pricing structure was charging the same price as for my larger unit. I understand this was due to a higher demand for small units. My need for storage is now ended. Best Wishes.

This storage facility was so straightforward to use. The ladies were exceptionally helpful, flexible and friendly. I would absolutely recommend using this storage. Thank you ladies :)

I've used Safestore for years. I have the 24 hour access unit which has been a godsend. Even when I've been there at 1am, alone, I've never felt unsafe. It's a really secure unit and I highly recommend it! The customer service is also amazing.
