Very friendly staff very reasonable prices

I was recently in Glasgow doing work for a number of Months and was recommended by a friend to store my equipment and tools in one of self store storage areas, I met a young lady whom showed me around and gave me the best price I believe was excellent as i did my homework before coming to Glasgow.I have moved out of the area now and can't believe the prices and unfriendly service i get from where i am now..I would just like to Thank the safe store south side and the young lady (Jennifer) and she inform me she likes to be called Jenny. She was excellent/polite/Curtis and very Professional. thank you and look forward to working in the area again and storing my equipment at safe store again..

Needed to put "stuff" into storage but did not know how much space I needed. Staff, thankfully, are very helpful (and patient) as my idea of volume and space are poor, to say the least. The facilities are clean and not at all stuffy or smelly. I am a happy customer.

I have very recently set up with Safestore Self Storage. I am glad that I did. The premises are very good and the units are very safe, ideal for my needs. Nice friendly staff too which makes the experience even better. I would recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly, the manager gave us a tour of the facility and showed us to our unit personally. The site is clean and secure, with plenty of equipment to help you move your furniture/items to your unit. There is also toilet facilities on site for customers. And plenty of bay spaces to load/unload vehicles of all sizes. The shop inside have reasonable prices on locks, packing materials and everything you could need for a flat move. Highly recommended this great establishment. :)

At incredibly short notice we needed to find storage for our daughter's possessions as her move-in date for a new flat was delayed. The office were incredibly helpful, and managed to sort us out for the week. The whole place is clean, secure, well-run and efficient: thank you very much!

First time using Safestore Glasgow Southside, having used Safestore elsewhere previously. The staff were helpful on set up and the rental was easy from then. Ideal size of unit for what I needed it and there was no attempt to sell a bigger, more expensive, space. Access was secure and easy to operate, with the option of 24/7 access, which I took. Ideal solution for a short-term storage option and will definitely consider using them again in future.

All the staff are always friendly, always helpful. Been a customer for 2 years and it has been a very positive experience. The building and units are very clean, tidy and secure. Can’t recommend enough.
