The staff were extremely helpful and were very flexible with my situation. I even got money back for the days I hadn't used! 5 stars, would highly recommend.

Friendly and fantastic service. All staff members went out of their way to be helpful and informed me of the procedures etc. when booking my furniture into a unit. They took the stress out of this part of my house move which I found re-assuring. They are a credit to the company and, due to their excellent customer service a couple of years ago when my sister was moving house, she recommended them to me, and I will now have no hesitation in passing on my recommendations to others. I strongly recommend the safestore in Glasgow, G21 2PR. 1. The service is so excellent. The people are lovely. They tried their best to help me when I got into troubles. 2. The room is safe. The CCTV is operating and I have to register when I want to open my room. 3. It is very convenient for me to take the stuff on my own because I hold the room key on my own. 4. The room is well ventilated. Haha~ If you choose it, please wear more because it is so cold in the room. I stored my stuff there over a half year and my boxes were in good condition. Thanks again for what they have done for me. With very best wishes for them.

Great option for storing your belongings between house moves. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fiona and Sean were so nice and unbelievably helpful. They gave us the best price we could find in Glasgow. The whole process was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend! Oh and it’s lovely they do an NHS discount ☺️

Great staff at the Canal Street branch very helpful

Bit of a delay in reviewing, but used the SafeStore North in Glasgow for around 5 months, taking my stuff out in Nov 2021. The team were fantastic, great customer service and very keen to ensure you have the best experience! Mostly dealt with Sean who was incredibly helpful, will use this safestore in the future if I never need one!

The whole experience has been delightful thanks to Sean at the Glasgow branch. I dealt with Sean on the phone while asking for a quote. He explained the whole process very thoroughly and was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. When I arrived at Safestore Sean got me set up with my account, showed me how to access the building, where trolleys and lifts are, and he showed me to the storage space I had hired, which was a great size and so easy to access. Once I was all set up with my account I grabbed a trolley and loaded up my boxes, within minutes they were locked away safely in my storage room. I had my goods in storage for 8 weeks, I was able to easily add more goods to the locker or retrieve an item if needed. On the last day a really nice man called Andrew took back my security key, he enquired if I was happy with the service, which I was, he thanked me for my custom and wished me all the best in my new home. A really professional operation from start to finish, Safestore you have some amazing employees with you in Sean and Andrew , I have worked in customer service for 30+ years, and they are both great ambassadors for your company. Thank you for a great all round experience....highly recommended x

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The overall system of booking, paying and getting a balance refunded is clear and simple. The Glasgow North site is also very easy to access and park. I would definitely recommend Safestore, and this particular site.
