Excellent service. we didn't know what size of unit we needed so were shown several and ended up with smallest - although online we'd picked a much bigger unit. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our experience with Safestore was fantastic. With a lot of competition we based our choice mostly on the deal we could get at the time, and they offered us the best rates. The best thing was actually the customer service from Martin and Gary however. They made what was essentially quite a stressful time (relocating from London to Edinburgh) much calmer. Very friendly, clear and helpful, they sorted everything very quickly and easily, with a good joke and a laugh along the way. While our belongings are still there until we find a flat, and therefore I can't comment on the moving out of the storage/ending the contract, I can say I have every confidence it will be just as easy and smooth such is the confidence Martin and Gary gave me in all other dealings.

Friendly, helpful staff making your life easier. Taking care of deliveries and handling shipments when needed. Definitely worth recommending.

Did not enjoy the experience of dealing with this storage place. Made errors on our bills, staff were uncooperative, and when we emptied the unit, they made it very difficult and didn't respond to our query emails

Staff are brilliant they help you out with any problems Clean and spotless great value for the money Highly recommended

First time ever using storage facilities and the folks at Gyle made the whole hiring/check-in process super easy, replying promptly to all my doubts and enquiries. It was really useful to be able to have a ground floor unit with 24/7 hours access and the price was quite reasonable. Checkout process was also seamless and quick!! I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for storage space near this area.
