Excellent storage unit! Great service from a wonderful team of people and very good storage conditions! I am really happy with the service provided and I am already a returning customer.

I have been with Safestore in Brentford for couple of years now and i honestly have to say that this is one of the most friendly when it comes to customer service and flexibility which is very important. and I have to say that I have rented number of units in many places before. Many times I saw staff staying behind their working hours waiting for a client to finish moving or out.

I would never recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe store. The worst customer experience I have ever come across. The store manager is very rude and has no concern about your experience. We opted for this store as we were looking to do the move off hours and this store promised us 24/7 access. When we reached the store, the unit assigned to us was locked and we were told the main doors will automatically shut down at 9.30 PM so we need our storage to be kept before that ( against to what we were promised). The unit was closed and we had no other unit / place do keep our storage. we had to take a risk and keep our storage near the lift. When asked why this happened, we had no answer and just a apology. An email was sent detailing the issue and the photographs but the store manager did not bother to write back or call and give explanation. Our storage was later placed by them in a unit but when we got our storage back many of our boxes were torn, our valuables were broken and though we mentioned this multiple times to the store manager and the lady who works there, the only thing they were worried about the balance amount. PLEASE TAKE OFF the SIGN which says 24/7 from the board, this is not true and misleading. Our experience with brentford safestorage was extremely disappointing and stressful for us. I would never ever recommend this to anyone. I really think the store manager has to try and understand what his customers have gone thru , then just worrying about the money. I would not even mark 1, if I had an option to post this comment without any selection. Worst experience.

This place is a scam. They start you on a low rate and then once you've moved in all your stuff they raise the price every few months. I'm now paying almost four times what I started with in a few short years! When I bring this up to them they tell me to email this person or that person and no one ever ever ever responds, they just pass you along to avoid the inevitable argument. Further update: their price match guarantee is a scam too: when they match the price of another unit, they compare every single possible amenity offered by the other compatible storage site, such as opening times, lift access, forklift, etc etc, which means if you find something cheaper they will almost definitely find a reason to not match your price!! Beware!! You will notice that safestore won't be commenting to any of this because it's 100% true.

Very poor customer service. I exited my storage unit on the day agreed and also pre-paid the amount up until that day, only to get lots of automatically generated emails asking me to pay for storage costs after moving out. Additionally I immediately contacted the store, wrote emails daily to resolve... yet no one calls back or emails. It should taken less than 5minutes to close an account down, incurring charges apparently. Yet they keep dragging their feet and not communicating back. I will be reporting to the consumer Ombudsman if I do not receive the a call back today as agreed or if you think I will be paying for any additional storage after the date agreed. I should not be chasing you daily on this! At least have the courtesy of phoning/emailing back when you say you will! Honesty never want to use again! Such a terrible level of service.

Very competitive rates excellent service by very helpful and pleasant people. Very safe as not open 24/7 so someone in attendance throughout opening hours. Ghumman and Josie the best.

A very smooth process at the Safestore facility, but really I want to say a big thank you to the man at the front desk who was checking us in on Saturday 23rd October. We arrived right at the end of the day, very stressed after the van arrived 4 hours late. He was calm and helped us check in, giving us an extra 10 minutes to make sure we could fill the unit before close. A HUGE THANK YOU!

The belongings of an elderly lady were safe here 16 years and removed today for the first time since 2006. All was just as it had been left: secure and in the same condition as it was when the 50x50 storage room was rented initially. I found my interactions with the staff to be fair and clear. The current management of the branch is the best in all those years.
