Sacred Heart Centre edinburgh

Have visited Sacred Heart Centre in Rodney Street, Edinburgh on several occasions - Both Weekend Workshops and Single Day Event Courses - and have had very enjoyable experiences - both from the Course Instructors and from the great Staff who help to make that experience. Benji, who is the main Instructor and the Team have been great throughout my time visiting. They have all kept the beautiful Spirit and Atmosphere that was built up originally with Brian Cooper and Bruce MacKay when it was Union Yoga

I have found a lovely space for my own practice to improve my teacher's skills. Teachers are experienced, friendly and welcoming. They have a lot of different yoga classes and workshops. This studio is for beginner and advanced practice. In studio you can get a good foundation to understand the principles of yoga, if you are a beginner in this beautiful discipline. If you are practising at an advanced level, you can get professional adjustment which helps you to enhance the capabilities of your body. The atmosphere here is nice and relaxing. I highly recommend Union Yoga Centre.

Best yoga centre in town! Variety of yoga choices throughout the day to suit almost everyone's needs, absolutely beautiful facilities that will make you feel you're practising in India, amazing teachers who are very experienced. Most of all, great vibes all around.

Fabulous studios - spacious and airy. Great teaching and welcoming atmosphere... highly recommend for anyone from beginners through to any stage in your practice!

Wonderful facility with a lovely, peaceful atmosphere - perfect for practising yoga. I have also attended Zumba classes here, which are great. Overall, a fantastic experience.
