Treatment staff are always rushed and want to finish the job. They don’t go a minute over and keep looking at the clock. Sopa has put her price up to £35 for 1hr massage but we still can’t use the 20% discount on the loyalty card as they claim the £35 is an offer price. Not sure if I want to go back. The staff can’t speak fluent English so communication is poor.

Mirella is amazing! I always book my wax appointments with her. She takes care of how she waxes and ensures I am okay throughout. She is very effective, professional and quick! It's worth driving 20 minutes to town from where I live.

Went here for the first time today and I had a wax with Mirella ( I think that's her name lol ). She was incredibly lovely and made me feel comfortable. Probably one of the best waxes I've ever had, she made it as painless as possible. Would go back just for her again.
