Guy came quickly and cleaned carpets well in one bedroom - good stuff but was not an urgent issue necessarily. But he created one for the entire household as he dumped sucked up dog hair down the kitchen sink causing massive blockage meaning sink, dishwasher, and washing machine all out of action now! If he had asked where to put it I would have said to dump in external drainage! We now need a plumber to sort new issue because of this

Shaun did a fantastic job cleaning two second had sofas from a smoky house for us. We tried all the home remedies to no avail and then called Shaun in. He was thorough and got nearly all of the nicotine/tar stain removed and the smell completely gone. He even left us a bottle of deodoriser. He was easy to contact and much cheaper than competitors but most importantly, a lovely person who did an excellent job - would highly recommend him.
