Went along for a pre arranged test drive today. The old man delegated the responsibility of accompanying me was inexplicably rude and insulting before the test drive began, requested I sit in the passenger seat, proceeded to drive me around, was frosty all the way along, then when we got back asked "do you want to buy it" I said I didn't know as I haven't been able to drive it, to which he replied "what do you want to drive it for"? He then accused me of being a "time waster". I've given this experience one star as if I don't I can't write a review. I was absolutely appalled at the way I was treated. It's my intention to never return and I'm writing this as a warning to others to avoid as well unless you want to be treated in the same way.

Recently bought a car which developed an electrical fault that could not have been known on sale. Took it back and Steve and his team investigated the problem and after considerable effort the problem was found and corrected without any question or cost. Will look here first for my next car.

As a woman who has bought many cars,I can say hand on heart this was brilliant. The owner and staff took time with me, even doing additional jobs on the car before I took it,as they pride themselves on their reputation. They supplied a full MOT on the car as they wanted to be sure I was happy. When I buy another car I will certainly go here first. They have been there 30 years and will still be there 30 more. Thank you so much.

Was recommended here for air conditioning check by our regular local mechanic who doesn't do air con. Had previously had a bill of over £400 from a mobile air con based in Northwich but he wasn't interested without giving me a further bill. The two guys at ST Motors had all the latest computer gear and it wasn't long before the fault was found. The air con guy from National Air Con had not used a new seal when he replaced the condenser, so it kept leaking away the gas. The guys at ST Motors came out with a kit of spares and replaced the offending seal, and free of charge replaced all the missing attachments that the previous guy had left off the car completely, leaving the front panel unattached. The only down side is the terrible parking at the garage!

Couldn't of asked for a better experience, honest, no pressure sale, would certainly recommend ST Motors to family and friends.

This is somewhere I do have first hand experience of and all very favourable my late wife bought her car from there and was very satisfied with the way they dealt with her,but on this occasion I was delivering a large ford transit Luton van to the garage next door,so if you break down with your Luton van then Flixton breakdown and recovery services ltd can deal with it but get a quote from other recovery firms then tinge and you will be surprised how much you will save because we will not take advantage of you at anytime we are a firm that you can trust
