5 stars is not enough for these agents. They give a brilliant service. We recently used these agents and found them so helpful and professional. They even helped us find a temporary rental whilst we had work done to our new home. The selling process was the least stressful of any in our experience and the whole process was very quickly handled. We felt like valued clients and in my opinion that's how it should be. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We bought a house through Rybec homes and it was meant to be a quick sale - the house was vacant and there was no chain. It took over 3 months in the end. I’ll let you decide if that’s a quick sale. Thankfully, we had an amazing solicitor! The EPC was 6 months out of date and no one seemed to notice, even when told we needed an updated one! On top of that, the manager Ryan was the rudest person we’ve ever had the misfortune to come in contact with. I’m not sure if he’s just arrogant, but that’s not how you conduct good customer service. Also, when ever we called and spoke to the receptionist she would seem to think that estate agents couldn’t talk to the seller - which is exactly their job when selling. The incompetence was beyond belief. That being said, there were some good people at the agency and I hope they find work in a place where they’ll really shine and not be tainted with their managers horribleness. We would never use them when selling.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for making the sale of my home such an easy, stress free process! Nothing has been too much trouble and glad I chose Rybec to take care of selling my 1st home. Special mention has to go to Jonathan who's been fab keeping me up to date every step of the way! No doubts about it, if your looking to sell, this is the team you need.

We recently sold our house through Rybec and virtually a nightmare from start to finish. Admittedly first time bottom of the chain pulled out on day of completion and ongoing covid restrictions. Despite this there is no excuse for rarely keeping us in the loop. If it wasn't for the buyers estate agent keeping us updated or us having to chase Rybec (again rarely got back to us) we would have been totally in the dark. Even right at the end our solicitors and buyers agent rung to inform us of exchange and completion date, nothing again from Rybec. When we rung them the phone was answered by the arrogsnt Ryan whose response when told we weren't happy that we hadn't heard from them was to laugh. Customer service attrocious although apart from Ryan they are actually nice guys. One saving grace was that the agreed they hadn't been up to the required standard and reduced their fee......however despite us paying they have failed to acknowledge the payment again surely something you would expect. Sorry we could not recommend.

I decided to move after lockdown, and wasn't sure where to start, phoned around a few estate agents and had a few come and look around, quote etc. Ryan came from Rybec on a Saturday and I must say was very professional, full of helpful information and didn't mess around, but the Monday my place was up online. Kept me up to date when viewings were booked in, I put my trust in him and the place sold. Even with Covid and a local lockdown Rybec was great and I would definitely recommend and sell again with them in the future. All the best guys, thank you so much for your help!
