Cannot thank Kathryn enough for the service she provided. We have been dealing with some very poor solicitors on the other end of the process and she has been fantastic in getting us over the line, putting our mind at rest and regularly updating us throughout. You would be stupid not to use her, she has been worth the weight of the house in gold.

Very happy with how Claire at RPL handled our purchase. She and the team were efficient and responsive, and I like the fact that they take the time to sit down with you and explain all the ins and outs of the purchase - putting legal jargon into plain English! Very reasonable pricing too. I'll use them again if I move.

I have recently completed the sale of my property with Ryan Property Law. Kathryn Maltby was dealing with a solicitor for my buyer who constantly delayed the sale. Exchange and completion were put back by the buyer’s solicitor six times, creating more work for Kathryn. She and her secretary, Sarah, let me know what was happening throughout and were very friendly and efficient. On the one occasion a problem was dealt with by Lynda Ryan in Kathryn’s absence she immediately rang the buyer’s solicitor, sorted things out and rang me back within 20 minutes to let me know the outcome. I feel the price I paid for all the work involved was very reasonable and I highly recommend Ryan Property Law.
