You want feedback? well here is my feedback. I work in the clinical research sector. We conducted laboratory tests for one of your patients and they came back abnormal. Your fax number was engaged all day and tried numerous times to ring you all day but no answer. Altogether must have spent at least an hour on hold. Very bad service.

I recently joined this surgery and I have no complaints regarding it. The staff are clear and concise as well as polite and professional. I can get a prescription in 2 working days which is much quicker than my previous surgery. As well as this; There's a walk in surgery daily which hardly any doctors do. Appointments with doctors are normally available the following week which is very rare. Routine blood tests are given when a new patient registers, another first for me. To those who have given negative comments, a lot of them say the same thing which is they held on the phone for a long time to get an appointment. Just WALK IN to the surgery in the morning and you can see a doctor if you / your child is sick. Just read the information provided! Or call 111 and they can get you emergency appointments, or recommend emergency services. It's common sense, people. Stop expecting the world from medical services that are already stretched thin!

I'm a relatively new patient at this practice having only joined 6 months ago. The reception staff are always happy to help and always do the best they can with appointments etc under very difficult circumstances. The medical team are incredibly supportive and understanding; they take time to understand and advise which puts you at ease straight away. I can only say good things about my experiences so far, I have absolutely no complaints.

I’ve been with the practice for around 20 years and my husband and son joined too. The GPs are always professional, thorough and understanding. They have looked after us through cancer, childhood issues and other problems and I cannot fault them. They work tirelessly within a very challenged system. And the support staff from the front desk to the nurses are fantastic. We’re lucky to have a practice like this, especially when you hear horror stories from elsewhere.

Been with them for years. Not sure why all the bad reviews as I've never had any bad experiences. Sure, sometimes appointments have been a little hard to come by, but that's no different to anywhere else. If it's busy, it's busy - not their fault and will see you asap. Ask My GP has also been fantastic and super efficient. With regards to receptionists and doctors, have found them all great, understanding and helpful.
