I changed my surgery to here because my old surgery had problems with keeping to schedule, I will be sat waiting in surgery for an hour or so after my appointment time. When I have made appointments at the Rustlings Road surgery I have been able to see a doctor at the time allocated. The staff and the doctors are pleasant and helpful.

Won't name names but this happened few years ago but the experience stil stays with me. Was experiencing a lot of difficulties and family suspected Aspergers. Went to my gp and apparently you can 'see Aspergers from miles away'!! Amazing. An actual doctor said this to me. I will never see this gp again. I have done a lot of research and Diagnostic criteria is based on males that have Aspergers as this is more common. If you are an adult female with Aspergers you basically get laughed out the door. They don't take you seriously which is very hurtful when just going to the gp is a huge thing for some people. They don't refer as I was told there was 'no point' for adults. No point for who??? For me it would help immensely! NHS just don't want to pay as diagnosis is expensive....very upsetting experience.

The ineptitude of the receptionist was purely dumbfounding. Rude, obnoxious, unhelpful, and they were her better traits. I feel for the poor men and women that work tirelessly for the NHS, then you have clowns like this that just let the side down. From the start of the call to the abrupt end the call was mainly made up of her complaining about her day, every time I tried to speak she rudely cut in with excuses for why she could not help, despite having no idea what my question was going to be. When I very politely asked if she could let me speak for a moment she slammed the phone down.... hilarious, and this is why everyone thinks doctors receptions are t%@!'s...

This was a great surgery. It is possible that Dr Linnard saved my life. You never know for sure but there is little doubt that when I was in desperate need of support she provided it. The place has gone to total pot. For some reason I cannot renew my prescription. Called the surgery in hours just now only to receive "surgery now closed". It is 17.00 and it closes at 18.00. Can't believe it. This is not a 111 or a 999 issue so what are patients supposed to do.

My clinical experience of this practice over 30 years is that it is exemplary and literally life saving. Further, some detailed research I undertook putting the practice into context with others in Sheffield in general and Sheffield 10/11 in particular, using information in the public domain, shows that it is probably the best practice in Sheffield and certainly in the top 3. When we moved house 5 years ago a major criterion was that it should be in the practice's catchment area, what more can be said
