Russell Brooks Hairdressing & Hair Extensions bath

I made an appointment in person to have a haircut with Clint for the next day. I arrived on time, only to be told "Sorry, Clint does not work today". How can a business make appointments and not know their own staffing arrangements? I took time off work for this appointment. The worst part, however, was that the staff could not offer a solution, nor did they care much for the mess they had caused. I am disgusted by this incompetence. Thank you Russell Brooks for wasting my time!

Russell Brooke's is a friendly salon. They deserve the 5*. Really lovely cut today by Clint. I am very happy.
