Unhelpfull staff... Seems to be unhappy if you bring back something on guarantee, for refund or you come out empty handed from the shop... Liked R&B but absolutely hate going into that store. You get the impression that they judge you if you are worth their effort or no, do you really have the money to spend or no... Apart from that they don't have all the models of shoes or sizes....

Expensive shoe store. Brand has been around a long time. For comfort, choose wisely as some looked rather painful.

Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Have bought things from there previously and am always greeted with a smile. The service is consistent and always feel like my questions have been answered with my thoughts about the products in mind. The staff are passionate about the brand, and take the time to get to know what you are looking for as well as offering alternatives or accessories that compliment my choices.

I live in the United States & tried to order on your website but could never complete a transaction for some shoes. I was in Oxford a few years ago & purchased some shoes that I love but I haven't been able to order your shoes since I live in the USA. Really lovely staff, very attentive and helpful.

I came in yesterday, Saturday the 24th of October and upon entering I was rushed too by a member of staff who demanded I sanitise my hands, which would have been fine but seconds before I entered a person came in without a mask and without sanitising her hands she was allowed to roam in to the store without being approached the way I was. Best of luck to you but you should take time to care for your customers otherwise you may not have a business very soon
