Love the shoes and boots, but staff in this store let it down. Had a much better experience with Trafford Centre staff, much more willing to help when you need assistance, even on the telephone. City Centre store happy to jump on you as soon as you walk in but when it came to needing some help, very resistant and blunt. What a shame
