Went in to look at shoes today. The sales woman seemed nice but the Male salesperson would not even look at me let alone say hello, even went prompted by his colleague! Then another women walked in who was obviously more important than me and he could not do enough for her. Absolutely disgusting behavior!!!

I have recently bough a pair of shoes here. The person was extremely heplfull and polite to pick shoes and finding the right size. 4 stars for adding treatment product into purchase without asking whether I want it or no. Sorry, but after advising on treatment products it would be great to ask whether I want it to be added to purchase rather than add it straight away.

Great for children's footwear and a loyalty card to build up money off too! Staff are very patient with the youngsters and allow them to take time in getting the correct footwear for their feet. Upstairs too with both child and adult height bannisters. Huge mirror for children to admire their new shoes and Disney dvd's keeping others quiet while they wait for their turn to get measured and choose new shoes.

Love the new store in the St James Quarter! A new home but the same friendly welcome on arrival and great service thereafter. I needed a belt and the gentleman serving made sure that not only did I get a belt which fit me properly but really looked the part. I'd have bought a pair of sneakers too if I didn't already have too many at home!

Normally I love a visit to Russell & Bromley, my favourite shoe shop. However this new shop looks dissapointingly spartan with very little stock and no prices. An assistant explained that they are trying to go for a minimalistic and exclusive look. I will not be rushing back especially with other luxury brands on the block like KG and Carvella to explore.

I had to return a faulty pair of sandals today (08/08/21) and was served by a male assistant who was extremely rude. I was explaining why I was returning them and as I was speaking he held out both hands in a "stop" gesture and said "Ok, I'm refunding you" in an annoyed manner. When I told him he was rude he said "I don't think so" This was my second unpleasant experience in this store and I will never go back, nor buy from this company again.

I had a lovely shopping experience at the Edinburgh store on Princes Street. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Sadly I didn’t catch any of their names, but all three members that were in the store on Saturday 14th gave me great customer service, making my visit to the store a delight. And I LOVE my new boots. Superb, luxury product that you don’t have to go through pain and a heap of plasters to break in! Thank you!

Went in here yesterday to look at boots. All the staff were very nice but we were served by a lovely young man in a check suit. He was a great salesman! Offered the shoe care products which I declined. Then he pointed out the lovely bags I could also buy!! Husband nearly had a fit and had to take him for a beer 😊It was very amusing. Would recommend shopping here and I am very pleased with my fab combat boots.
