Excellent shoe shop. Not the cheapest but I bought boots and shoes there that are now 10 years old, and they still look great. Excellent quality, but also very comfortable ( I have old flat large tired feet so comfort is my main focus...but I still like to be a tad elegant). Last time I went there was with my teenage daughter, and we both found shoes we liked ( no small feat, I assure you). The staff is patient and very nice, and even though we went at a very quiet time ( thanks covid), we never felt pressured. Enjoy!

It is the first time I have ever been in to a Russell and Bromley with my eye on the prize as it were as I have wide size 42 feet and thought (wrongly) that I wouldn't be able to get anything. Wrong! Ended up with a fab pair of boots and ordered a bag to match. The service was excellent. The young lady who helped me explained they had an instore stretching service which following a sample mini stretch proved to me that with a longer time on the stretcher I could achieve the comfort I needed for my arthritic feet! The staff were just charming and so helpful. It was a real pleasure spending my hard earned money.
