I got a leave from work to be able to talk to GP. I filled the form and got a massage that I'm not registered to the practice. It turns out that they removed my name because my building reception didn't receive the letter and without my knowledge I was removed. I registered again and took a leave again and they didn't call again that day and said they were busy. Despite what they said on their website that they will call you the same day if you contacted them before 4p.m. I mentioned two issues and they only referred me to GP for one! and GP asked me when to call and I asked them to call me in the afternoon and no call! Total disaster.

Receptionists are extremely rude, they don't know protocol at all. Community midwives told me to register temporarily as a resident and was told because I'm pregnant- I wasn't a priority. In fact, they couldn't tell me what type of emergency solicited a temporary registration- especially since you would have to have a Manchester address. A temporary registration is meant to be temporary, so can't see how that would have taken up much time at all (as I could have registered 'permanently'). Incompetent and inexperienced. Don't join unless you want to argue with receptionists all day.
