Had my hair cut by Becca and she was excellent! I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with my hair but she listen to me and suggested adding some layers and finishing with some beachy waves. I am so pleased with the outcome, will definitely be back. Thank you!

I'm over the moon with an amazing job that hair stylist Andie did on my hair today! Been colouring my hair in the same way for years, but it was the first time that I was 110% happy with the result. Also head massage was to die for 🥰 will definitely be back and will definitely be booking Andie! Keep up with a good work x

Cancelled so many things and been sleeping ever since. It was not only disappointing but disastrous. I usually don’t say anything and just leave, and that’s what I did, but I just couldn’t stop feeling angry and sad after my first ever experience at a salon rather than a barber to get my haircut and pay that much. I’m so gutted. My hair looks so bad especially the fade. I was so specific with what I wanted, but instead I got what I asked to be avoided.

Had a haircut with Andy. She was super nice and is amazing at her job. Gave great advice and cut my hair to perfection. Simply great !

I had my hair done by Stephanie. Previously my hair was quite brassy from a previous salon and I wanted my hair to be darker. I booked in last minute and I was so happy to get my hair done by her! She listened to everything I wanted with my hair and what I had previously and we came up with a solution together! Professional and very easy to talk to. So happy with the results!

Excellent professional friendly service, really makes you feel at home and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Honestly feel so pampered and Andie really caters the experience for me and helps me with any questions or suggestions to get the exact look I want. Couldn’t recommend her anymore, really knows what she’s doing :)

Really poor customer service. Kept waiting for more than 20 minutes with no update and the stylist was very rude and rolling her eyes when I asked her about how much longer I had to wait. I respected their time but they didn't respect mine. Definitely won't be going back and do not recommend.

I called Rush in a mild panic as I had royally messed up my hair with box bleach - it was a patchy yellow nightmare and I had absolutely trashed my hair (it was basically breaking off in my hands and had the texture of chewing gum). They managed to fit me in straight away and I was fortunate to get Andie to help me with my hair woes. Andie was so friendly and knowledgeable, talking me through my options and guiding me through each step as we went along. She made me feel completely safe and I was happy to let her work her magic. I can only presume she performed a miracle to get the results she did and I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you so much Andie you are a superstar!! I can't recommend the Rush team more highly for their professionalism, friendliness, understanding and expert knowledge. I'm absolutely over the moon with my new hair!
