This is the best salon in Ealing! The team here are all really friendly, Charlee cuts and colours my hair and I highly recommend her, she is amazing at her job! I have also booked with Lauren in the past who is such a lovely girl and so much fun she's a real tonic to book in with and makes me laugh so much. Yana is also great at colouring and a good natter. My colleague has Jay and her hair always looks great. So if you are looking for somewhere good in Ealing head to Rush!

Worst salon I've ever been to, never regretted a hair appointment so much in my life. My hair was cut in a style that I specifically requested it not to be and the colour was terrible, at the end of the appointment I thought, seeing as I was getting a big discount, I'd just pay and then sort it out myself when I got home, only to be charged over £240 when i was originally quoted about £100-120. Apparently the stylist that I had booked was unavailable so they had given me a 'director' that I hadn't booked, as well as adding on a treatment that i wasn't asked if I wanted and didn't know had been used. After a few weeks of complaining, they refunded me about £18. Very upset and will never go back.

After being a home client for many hairdressers, I visited RUSH Ealing to get a feel of the ‘salon experience’ and be pampered! My Mum referred me to have my hair done by Lauren and I will never go back. She always welcomes me with a big smile and her passion for her work always comes across in her results. I am always confident that I will walk out of the salon with the colour I want, and a stylish cut and blow dry. The salon are always welcoming, attentive and friendly and I highly recommend them and will continue to do so.

I had an excellent experience at Rush in Ealing! From the moment I entered, Marianne the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. As a Muslim woman, I wear a headscarf so felt very comfortable that the salon provided a private area for me to have my ballayage hair colour done. Dee was the stylist who did my hair and she was amazing!!! Very professional and did a fantastic job. Iv recommended this branch to many friends. It’s nice that there is somewhere which caters for Muslim women and I will definitely only be getting my hair done here! Also in terms of Covid, the salon is 100% clean and hygienic, with staff wearing masks, visors and aprons throughout! Thanks once again!

The service was good but not as I excepted. As I enter there lady with warm welcome. She offered me coffee and took my coat off. I was very much clear about the colour and style I was looking for. I told the lady and as the course start I was getting worried cuz I could see I asked for full head balayage. In the end the results wasn’t good enough it made my hair smooth and shiny. Overall I would recommend this place but as the same amount just take in consideration that customer are willing to pay you guys enough so the service should be up to standard too.

. Everyone is super friendly from the minute I walked in to the moment I left everyone was so welcoming. And my hair is amazing!!

As stated below they should communicate their pricing better, £80 for a simple trim is outrageous!

Came here because the website advertised covid safe procedures. Most of the staff had their mask on their chin whilst cutting clients hair and whilst walking around. A chin guard isn't keeping anyone safe.
