Great experience. The only negative was that I was quoted a different price on the consultation but this was resolved perfectly after the hair colour and cut to match the quote. Lovely staff who clearly really care about customer satisfaction. Thank you! Would recommend Curtis do get your hair done with:)

Lovely staff, really welcoming and a great blow dry. Staff could fit me in on the day and all round great service.

Post covid...tried to get my partner a booking , with the manager....who has reduced her working days to twice a week...none of the staff seemed to care , no alternative was offered...so just decided to try a different company...feel they should look after there customers a little bit better...customer lost.

I've had my much needed hair cut with Adriana, a really sweet, cheerful and so friendly hairdresser!! I was supposed to be booked with another more senior stylist but I'm not feeling like i missed anything! She sat with me for my consultation (good face to face communication, sometimes it's really tricky awkward to speak to a stylist through the mirror) and empathise and understood all my struggles of my hair and understood what i wanted!! I felt i could trust her pretty fast (and it's not easy for me) and she has executed my hair cut perfectly!! I wanted an angled bob, possibly with a fringe but we settled without and it looked fantastic at the end! With lots of volume and movement. The only think i could possible be miffed about is, I've had a treatment for my fine hair and a booster. I honestly... don't think i saw much difference. And it's a shame. Otherwise i was very happy with the salon atmosphere and the excellent and really friendly chatty service by Adriana! I think i found my hair stylist!

£50 for a wonky half arsed hair cut...bit of a joke really. After being turned away the previous day for being a mere 10 minutes late, my hairdresser had the audacity to turn up to my rearranged appointment later than i had the day before!!!? With regards to the haircut itself, although not nearly as traumatising as my last haircut with Nicola from love your hair (see previous review) i paid a significant amount more money for this cut to ensure that I didn't spend a year looking like Noel Fielding again (no thanks to Nicola, love your hair "stylist") and still feel like I look like a bit of a chump. I specifically asked to not have curtains and low and behold that's what i came out with. The length is uneven and my stylist seemed uninterested in ensuring I was happy with my experience. All in all, Rush was a waste of my time and money but giving it 2 stars as I don't want to put them in the same bracket as Nicola

I have been to this salon several times on visits to Bristol for a simple blow dry only. I booked two days before on arrival specifically asked the price and was quoted £30 exactly. A bit more than I normally like to pay, but a treat, I thought. They phoned to change my appointment time due to staff member sickness/crisis I believed them, but looking at the other reviews I’m not so sure?? Anyway I was offered a treatment on top of my blow dry on arrival and I asked how much expecting £5 tops was told £20 so skipped that. Nice wash and lovely blow dry to be fair but the cost I was mortified £45??? When I queried she said “oh it’s from £30” that’s not what I’d been quoted. Unusually I could not be bothered arguing and spoiling an otherwise perfect break. £45 is what I pay for my root colour back home and I use a top salon. I payed the “daylight robbery” figure of £45 but won’t be using this salon again. Warning get your quotes in writing from this salon as they don’t honour their word. I welcome any contact from the salon to make me feel not so cheated.
