Really helpful staff member who gave me some great advice. A lad who had glasses helped but I forgot to ask his name to give him a customer compliment. A lot of shops give out generic advice but the advice I received was specific and helpful.

I've used this store before to buy my running trainers and received excellent service, the staff members are trained to give you professional advice on the different brands. You can have a gait analysis done which will help you decide on which brand to go for. The store also has a huge selection of ski/ hiking jackets to choose from for what ever your needs for men, women & children, the jackets are not cheap but you are paying for quality.

I visited yesterday afternoon looking for 2 new pairs of runners for beginning of track season. It was quite a waste of time. I’m not sure they are interested in sales I was ignored by the staff in such in small and near empty store.i got the distinct impression they pick and choose who they assist. In addition they don’t have much of a selection. The only people I know that shop here do so only because of the vitality discount.

Went in for a gait analysis and some advice. All the staff I spoke to were really friendly and welcoming. I'd spoken to Paul on the phone earlier that day, and it was he who served me in the shop. What a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful chap! As a complete beginner looking to take up running, I got exactly the reception and help I was after. Perfect, and bravo Runnersneed.

Went into store for the running gait analysis. Matthew served me and he was very helpful, answered any of my questions and was patient as I tried multiple pairs of shoes. Should have done this years ago. Great service by all, thank you!

Too quality experience here. Booked a gait analysis a few hours prior (same day) and turned up to find everything set up and ready and one staff member dedicated to helping me out. The staff couldn't do enough for me - plenty of advice given and questions asked to make sure I was getting the right type of shoe. Eventually came out with a perfect pair of trainers which were price-matched by them from another company but retaining the same warranty from RN. Would highly highly recommend to buy new running trainers at a competitive price but with a tailored and brilliant service.
