Runners Need manchester

My wife was happy that they had her seize if shoe in stock, excellent customers services, She bought new balance 2010 second pair she bought from Runner Need, staff we're not selling you a expensive pair of trainers like other running shops. My wife will always buy her running shoes from runners need ,even through its fair distance to travel

Worst store I've been too. Went to speak to some people whom are supposed to be in the know. I explained i had pains in my leg when running and the staff member just shrugged his shoulders. Advised I looked over pronounced on my ankles but didn't offer any solutions or gait analysis. Went to decathlon instead where staff were more informed and interested. What made it more laughable was I was the only customer in the store.

Suffered from knee pains from running. Guy who did my gait analysis seemed a bit casual and I was worried he was just trying to make me take the most expensive option... but kudos to him for getting me the right shoes. Really knew what he was doing 'cos no pains since.

Great staff, good selection.

Took my granddaughter to see Santa, the atmosphere was brilliant just like being in a winter Wonderland, my goodness was it cold brrrrrrrr

First class running shoe fitting service with gait analysis provided by friendly, expert staff. A great customer experience.

Used to be a great shop with 1st class service, don’t bother with them now absolutely awful rude staff that are very unhelpful, would not even let us in !! Have to make an appointment but there was no one in the shop with staff just wandering around, will be buying our new Ski Equiment elsewhere from now on.

Went to the santa visit with my 1 and a half year old, booked a slot at 5:15 but didn't get in to see him till 6. I can understand a small delay but with a small child it just was not good enough
