We spent a considerable amount of money on our new bespoke garage door BUT after a short while the paint started peeling off the banding. Rundem Germany agreed after a 10 week wait we could have a new garage door. The new door is doing exactly the same, also it is stuttering, guddering and sticking. Occasionally we have a loud bang too. Rundem Liverpool are saying our issue is nothing to do with them!! How is that so when they have designed and manufactured the door on a bespoke basis and also all ready admitted liability. Do not use this company. As a final note we have also met with particularly rude staff who are very aggressive and abusive. I will re issue this review in the future if our issues ever get resolved.
