I think they do a good job generally. The service is nice and their work is good. It's just mildly more expensive than other places in oxford where you get a comparable service

I got along with the manager and thought my lashes looked good at the time. Over the next 7/8 days most of my lashes have fallen off and snapped. I asked for a refund as now I’m having to get them fixed and was told I was being unreasonable and they did nothing wrong. Multiple lashes are glued to one extension and some are hanging off as the glue wasn’t put on properly. I was not dissatisfied during the appointment she was very kind and gentle but my experience once I complained is unacceptable. Other professionals have seen pictures of my lashes and agreed they have not been put on properly.

I have attended 3 times, the first two for nail only services and they went well. Today I attended again for a manicure and a massage, and I was disappointed. First, during the manicure they trimmed my cuticles without soaking which is very painful, and the manicurist's nails were very dirty (not your average nail polish dirty, but real dirt). Second, in the massage it was clear this person didn't know how to perform massages at all. It was very unprofessional, hectic and by far the worse massage I've ever received. I do not recommend it.
