I love coming here. The salon is beautiful and even though it was my first appointment, I was made to feel like the most important person in the room by all the staff. They are so friendly and my therapist made me feel completely comfortable and she knew exactly what she was doing. Will be recommending to anyone I meet!

My experience is always superb! The attention to detail, finish and friendly welcoming atmosphere is fantastic. The finish of all my treatments you would happily pay London prices for. I will go no where else for all my beauty treatments.

What a lovely experience today having a gel manicure. It was my first time at this salon for Nails, I will definitely come again for this treatment. Funny how a late cancellation from my normal therapist can open up the opportunity to experience such great service from Tiffany. Thank you.

So glad to be back at Ruma. Fantastic service today, took my mum along as well, we both had trials to get ready for my daughter’s wedding.
