Incredible! Light, fluffy dough. Easy to digest and very pliable. Authentic mozzarella stays milky white and stretches as it should. The oven is at optimum temperature creating the perfect environment for those famous leopard spots we all love and crave! If you want authentic Neapolitan pizza then this is your place.

I cannot belive I have waited this long to eat at Rudy's! Hands down the BEST pizza in mcr. Real Neapolitan Pizza at its finest. I ordered the Portobello pizza (white) with a lovely pint of pale ale and a bowl of salted crisps. To finish it all off I had an amazing tiramisu.. Wow what a meal. I can't wait to return.

Third time visiting Rudy's. We got in on their "Eat Out To Help Out" offer, "All In" for £10 we had a pizza, side, dessert, coffee and a drink. Their pizzas are up there as the best in Manchester. I had the capricciosa, prosciutto, mushrooms, olives and artichoke, so good. The first time having dessert here, the tartufo was amazing, a traditional Italian ice cream dessert, I had the hazelnut and will definitely try the other flavours! Service was excellent, as it was really busy with such a good offer on.

We ordered some pizzas on click and collect tonight. They were really delicious and I'm glad we followed the advice of putting them in the oven for 3 minutes when we got home, because they returned to a nice level of crispness. I would say there wasn't an abundance of toppings so I probably would have preferred more. There was also an issue with my order when I arrived to collect and when I got home I realised we had been given the wrong garlic bread. Instead of the n'duja and red onion topped one we'd been given the standard. It was a little disappointing hence the 4 stars.

I've been visiting Rudy's since the early days of a portable oven outside a NQ coffee shop on random evenings. They've gone from strength to strength but have maintained a laid back vibe with unpretentious quality at their core. We visited recently, sat outside in the European vibe square and the service and vibe was ideal. The pizzas were perfect 10/10. The best pizzas in the UK in my opinion. We'll be back. Long may you reign supreme.

We have been coming since Rudy’s Ancoats opened. Recently the service has gone downhill. This review would be 1 star if it was our first visit. We received our first drink, which arrived with our pizzas, 30 minutes into our booking. This wasn’t a problem but it would have been nice to have a drink whilst we waited. We managed to get a servers attention 15 minutes later to order another drink in advance preparing for a long wait. A few minutes later we were told we had to give the table back in 15 minutes but we could sit at the back bar to drink our drinks. We agreed and continued eating, a little quicker now we had a time limit. Our drinks were brought to the table and just before walking away the server said, ‘by the way, you can’t sit at the bar anymore’ then laughed. I understand at weekends restaurants are busy and 1 hour table reservations are not unreasonable. But if this is the policy, let the customer know when sitting down and allow enough time for a few drinks. We sat at the table closest to the back bar and shared it with all of your staff on their phones rather than serving customers. The current serving staff in Rudy’s Ancoats do not represent the incredibly successful and friendly Rudy’s brand that we all know. On a positive note, the pizza was amazing as usual.

We were recommended this restaurant by our son when we visited him in Manchester and certainly weren't disappointed! The ambiance is spot on, the staff friendly and attentive and the pizza amongst the best I've ever tasted! All for a very reasonable price and dog friendly too! Will definitely return!

Lovely place with more room inside than you'd think. Nice calm relaxed feel to it. The staff are really nice, we was served by Hannah who did a grest job. The food is fantastic and is really well priced. I'd expect to pay more for food like that. Will happily go back.

Amazing food, really fresh and super tasty. It was my sons birthday and they brought his dessert (two scoops of ice cream) with a candle in it which we thought was just a lovely touch. No where else to go for Pizza's, definitely going back

Good food and very pleasant service at what must have been a very busy time. We were part of a large group (9) and the staff were brilliant, bringing food and drink to the table piping hot. Would enjoy eating here again.
