Been going to the Salon a few Months now, staff really pleasant and friendly, always happy with the service provided.

I recently had the collagen facial. It was absolutely exquisite. My skin is glowing for days after and the suppleness that it leaves within your skin is amazing. I have noticed a reduction in fine lines and the general dullness of skin renewed since having a facial once a month. Thank you Ruby and team!

I visited the salon this evening for a couple of treatments. I was greeted and accommodated by the lovely Nighat who performed all treatments to a high and professional standard and ensured I was well looked after although it was past closing time when the treatments finished! Nighat remained polite and made sure I had a good experience at the salon and I was happy and satisfied with the service I received. This has been my go to salon for many years and Ruby and her team never fail to uphold the best customer experience!

I have been coming to Ruby's for years and recently returned following the lockdown period. I was anxious of coming back to the salon at first as it has been months since I have been out to Ruby's and the whole COVID pandemic has left me uneasy. It seems safety is a priority at the salon as there is a full process in place to make sure everyone is safe. I was asked to wear a mask and get my temperature taken before coming into the salon with everyone within the salon wearing a mask and it was all socially distanced. I got a collagen facial and waxing done which was done by Ruby herself, I was very impressed and it was always - amazing! The treatment was done in a private room which is always good as it allows me to get relaxed and give me some peace. Thanks Ruby and the girls!

I have been visited Ruby’s Hair Salon for years, impeccable service and the staff are all incredible, they go out of their way to cater for your needs. I have had facials that have helped to sort my acne and visit the salon monthly. Great professional service! I would recommend the salon highly!

Worst hairdresser there is. Never have I ever been to a worse hairdresser. Came in for my sister. Tried to overpriced me as well as trying to make me opt for more expensive treatments. My sister was almost in tears after they were practically ripping her hair out. DO NOT GO HERE. I feel sorry for the people who are leaving "fake positive comments". These people are practically thieves For people that are wanting to go, here is some advice. Do not. I'm gonna guess these people are gonna claim "I was not there" or " I checked the CCTV you were not there" P.s is your CCTV camera your mobile phone because there are no camera in the shop and also here is a photo to show I was there look at the photo below

Got a facial. Very relaxing and my skins never looked vetter!

I was booked in for a pamper day by my husband. From the moment I walked in until I left, I was looked after so well and really did feel like a Queen for the day. indian Head massage back massage facial manicure pedicure hair cut threading every treatment was fantastic. such friendly staff and excellent at what they do. a massive well done and thank you to Ruby and all the lovely ladies. 💕

I usually come here for eyebrows and the service never fails! Ruby always gets to squeeze me in at short notice. Had a basic pedicure yesterday, was fantastic...feet were left smooth and overall very relaxed! Definitely recommend to others, as a range of services are up for offer!
