Ruby glasgow

Ordered at 7 10pm managed to get back through to ask where my order was at 8 30 said it was on it's way phoned back at 8 50 .my order hadn't been made yet. Disgraceful delivery service .cant comment on food never tasted it told them to cancel order .was told ok that's fine not even an apology .

Bought three things from them last night costing over £30 and it was the worst take away meal we've ever eaten. Crispy aromatic duck was neither crispy nor aromatic, the pancakes were undercooked and the hoi sin sauce must have been 50% salt. The chicken chow mein was tasteless and the the king prawn chiw mein with thin noodles was worse, in fact it was so bad even the cats refused the prawns. We will never, NEVER go back there again.

Beautiful chicken fried rice and the curry sauce is perfect.

Brilliant food waited around 45 mins for it but well worth the wait top class best chinese I've had in years

Food is always fresh and full of flavour.

Small portion on salt and chilli crispy chicken and really greazy, drove home 20 mins one way just to find out my rice wasn't there either as they forgot 🤦 never knew chicken chow mein contains mushroom. Can't eat mushroom. Would not recommend.
