I can only praise all the staff, nurses and doctors. Having been a patient in this practice for many years I feel very lucky.

I had a check up here a number of years ago and had a horrible experience with one of the male GPs. Although I was seen and treated there was a distinct and apparent judgement in the way I was spoken to. As an older person I now know why this troubled me so much.

Awful attitude from staff. Waits for GP appointments are ridiculously long and there is no use on trying to have a single GP as most likely they’re not going to be available EVER again, so you have to see 4 or 5 of them. And even if you manage to explain that many times the medical problems you were having, good luck trying to get a prescription or even a referral from this people. Is like if they were paid more the least pacientes they refer... oh wait. THEY DO.

I waited around three weeks for my registration appointment with nurse. Unfortunately due to being on an important phone call regarding my welfare I completely forgot of the 9am appointment. I explained to the reception staff who held a bad attitude. Then I was told in other words I should be thankful im getting another appointment. Accidents happen. I asked to talk to the supervisor who was making me feel bad about missing the appointment, I now know where the reception get there stinking attitude. I explained they can keep they're registration as a patient that's not the way to go. Terrible customer service, absolutely rotten. All because im outwith catchment area I've waited for over a month for an appointment to address itch ears. I'd not recommend this practice to anyone, less you've a stinking attitude and your applying for the job of receptionist or reception supervisor. An absolute disgrace to patients. And a total mockery of the NHS.

I can't praise this practice enough. All the staff are excellent, from reception, to nurses to the doctors, especially Dr Marwick. I'm moving and heartbroken I can't take the surgery with me.

Absolutely wonderful practice, from the receptionists to the GP’s, nurses and midwives. I feel like they do genuinely care here. Without a doubt must be the best practice in Aberdeen.

Very impressed with the care I received recently from the practice. All staff I came into contact with were very professional. Special thanks to Dr Sheikh who made a particularly helpful intervention.
