Recently had my IS300h 60k service. I am very happy with the customer service provided by Lexus Bradford. Was given a courtesy car a CT200h, which wasn't cleaned or washed. But I did not mind, I washed it my self. Was rang by the service desk to advise of work required, given a price before work was carried out. Which I accepted and called back to collect car. Person at service center was polite and helpful in answering my questions about what the full major service entails. All in all I have been satisfied with this amazing experience at Lexus Bradford. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bradford Lexus, from the moment you walk through the door you receive an exemplary service with smiling faces and an abundance of expertise. My specialist adviser was Asim he could not have been more helpful, he was more than happy to chat through my exact requirements - now I have the right car for me, a car that is fit for purpose - this was made a pleasurable experience with a few laughs along the way - that being said they did go the extra mile to make sure I had the right car - which is safe, luxurious and a pleasure to drive.

We spent 3 hours with Asim who was very helpful in helping us buy the right car for us. A good salesman - not the hard sell type but very effective in reaching a deal. The car is great and we have a follow up service agreed. All staff at Lexus Bradford were friendly and welcoming.
