The workmanship was excellent but I did feel that the pricing was way off as when the estimator first looked at my car he said the damage would be around £1000 but when the final bill came it was over £2000 which seemed a big difference to me. Thankfully I was not paying but it made me think twice about using them in the future.

Visited today. After being referred by Skoda. Was told I need a claim ref no for a FREE quote on a minor repair. Offered to give the ref then refused due to them not working with that firm. Was not told this prior by Skoda or this repair shop, was told By STEVE if I don’t pay £75 he will not quote me as I may repair elsewhere. Isn’t that the whole point in getting a quote. Stuck on the wall outside there building says call for a FREE QUOTE.. Horrible experience. Go elsewhere.

RIP off! Read this before giving them your car. Took my car here for new bumper, soon as i said I thinking of doing through insurance, the estimate soon rose with all these extras that needed doing.... £1700! Yeah right... jog on chancer. Was such a disappointment that a big name stoop that low.. save your support for the local repair shops. £350 all done. He confirmed that there was no damage under the car at all. So Toyota were trying to scam on insurance. (And my premiums for next year)
