The packaging was lovely and the quality of the item is stunning and its fit me perfect. Wore them both together and felt very special and pampered. I was very confuse at first but Chintan was incredibly helpful and informative. He gave us the details on diamonds rings and guided us through the whole process and i was finally able to choose the right ring which i am soo in love with. Also they gave us the best price and managed to get the ring ready in very short time period as we didnt have enough time.Thanks to RPS, Chintan, Roji and the team for helping us to get our dream ring. Best gold shop in Southall with a great choice of traditional and modern styles.

Untrustworthy jewellers. Keep well away. Took in a necklace to be repaired as a small link was broken, which although not expensive was a precious gift from a family member, who I will never be with again. I wore the necklace everyday until the link broke. A young girl came to assist as I and my mum went in. I handed over the necklace for repair, which the girl advised was laser cut. There was a gap between the tables in the shop and the assistant while inspecting, dropped part of the necklace between the gap. She kept tugging at it to release it. Eventually the necklace was released by another staff member with a ruler. Part of the necklace was now further damaged due to continuous tugging. Both myself and mum were upset as the necklace was irreplaceable to me. The girl then accused me of dropping the necklace between the gap, despite it being in her hand when it slipped and she was the one tugging at it. She went on to claimed the necklace was already damaged. There was no need for such blantant lies. Although precious to me, the necklace was not very expensive, . Both mum & I witnessed what had happened and left the shop in disgust. We had bought from there many times before, and mum was going to treat me to a new bracelet. We won't be going there again. It would have been easy for them to have reviewed what had happened on shop CCTV, but they declined to do that or even offer a simple apology and repair. We went in for a simple repair but left with further damage.
