Went for my 30 minutes free advice, no advise given apart from go online or go to CAB.

Absolutely awful experience dealing with their conveyancing team who hindered sale of a property with significant and unnecessary delays. Very poor communication where often they would forget to acknowledge correspondence and numerous occasions where they would fail to meet critical timings. Have initiated a complaint with the firm and will provide a future post on how they handle my complaint and if this has to be referred to Regulatory Standards.

A very professional service from Nicky Banks and her team on the conveyancing for our house purchase. Very thorough & meticulous regarding the complicated access arrangements with the property. Would highly recommend.

Such a shame to write this as it seems that one person here is giving the company a bad name. I was involved in a chain that was using a particular solicitor who just made this whole process painful when it didn't need to be. She was very hard to contact even our solicitor found her to be awkward. in the end I ended up having to contact her manger because the chain was very close to collapsing on several occasions because she was incompetent and didn't manage her time well. Seems her manager didn't give a toss either as I have had no response. If anyone asks me to recommend a solicitor I will give them the name and tell them to stay well clear.

Very rude receptionist very unhelpful she told me to speak to CAB obviously she has no idea how difficult it is in this city to contact them it's virtually impossible perhaps she should try it herself

Clive Weeks is painfully painfully slow and mistakes were made. Communication hit and miss. Things are promised and not done. Simple transaction drawn out over months and months. Very disappointing!
