It was my first time using Royal Zen Spa. I booked in for a full body massage not knowing what to expect but from them moment I entered the premises it felt so calm and tranquil. The spa is very clean and staff endeared to Covid guidelines which was very reassuring. Anna, worked her magic on me, getting rid of tension out of my muscles and making sure I was ok. I will definitely be rebooking and I definitely would recommend.

Ask for Naam when you go she was absolutely fantastic. I got a full body massage, body scrub and jacuzzi everything was perfect and she used the right amount of pressure, fully understood what I needed -customer struggling with sciatica. I would definitely recommend to a friend and go again.

Having previously been and always had a lovely experience, I booked for my sister in law and I to go. Ya and Naam were lovely. We had the Thai massage with tiger balm and hot stones. It was amazing and exactly what we both needed. They are both so lovely and accomodating. Highly recommend!!!

They are very careless about customers, and there is no system. My husband and I booked a double room, and we called them and arranged an appointment for Monday at ten in the morning and the reservation was confirmed by phone and when we went on the agreed date, one of the workers met us and said I am sorry I do not know what to say is it possible to wait until The twelve o'clock there is now no one to work with you in the utmost simplicity, knowing that we are between us and them for half an hour on the road, meaning that we do not live next to them, but unfortunately we have chosen a bad place that does not respect the work and their appointments, and I do not recommend it because as long as there is no discipline from them, this indicates that it is It is not the first time nor will it be the last.

I’ve been to several spa’s / had numerous sports massage treatments etc over the years for long term chronic pain, and I have to say, no one does a deep tissue massage as good as Royal Zen! I’ve been treated by different therapists on different occasions and each one is equally brilliant. It has now become my go-to every time. The atmosphere is always also perfect for relaxation. Highly recommended!

I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend and I on his birthday. The ladies had put a birthday banner in the room (very sweet) and they patiently waited as we were 30 minutes late! BEST MASSAGE I've ever had. I felt so knotted and so did my partner that we keep talking about how good it was and that we need to go every month! Thanks ladies! x

Me and my partner had a 1h full body massage with hot stones. Both Anna and Yu were both very professional and did a great job. They made us feel at ease and were very skilled. Both of us came away feeling amazing, less tense and very happy. We both said that we will be going again!

We booked a couple's full body massage, scrub and jacuzzi with Naam and Ya. They were both very polite and professional. The place was clean and smelled really good. I highly recommend visiting them for your next massage.

Anna & Yu were both amazing, we came in for a couples massage and could not recommend enough. Will definitely be back again soon! Thank you for a great relaxing end to our weekend :)
