Tiny rooms in poor condition, rude staff and changed the prices. We got charged for having a child even though I requested a cot bed. Their king rooms are two single beds pushed together. Wish I had stayed in a Premier Inn would have had better room and service for cheaper price. THE PICTURES OF THE ROOMS AREN'T WHAT YOU'LL GET!! and good luck getting a refund so avoid like the plague

Very clean hotel and the king size room was great, the staff were nice only issue we had was we were in 345 which is on the main street and there was construction workers working from 1am till about 4am so couldn't sleep, not the hotels fault but the windows didn't sound out much of the noise and had to get some ear plugs which wadls diassapointing. Overall though great location, very clean, great bed and free parking outside the hotel

Currently on a 4 day course at the hotel. Room we are using is FREEZING cold. Heating doesn't exist. Hotel provided 2 tiny portable radiators that are useless. Not impressed, at all. Not even so much as the offer of a hot drink. Sitting in gloves, scarves, hats and coats. Not satisfactory given the outside air temp.

Been at Newcastle for first time, what can I said, for price, quality, comfort, in a nice area, with the Center in less than 10 minutes walking, for me was perfect! The staff is lovely, kind and always willing to help. I’ll be back soon!

Had a brilliant stay. We booked a double room and the bed was so much bigger than expected and so comfortable. Room was a decent size, very clean, and with all the expected amenities. Only complaint might have been no decaff options in the coffee and tea making facilities, but they had decaff downstairs at breakfast. Staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was really nice and varied. Would definitely be back and do recommend

Had a lovely stay last weekend. We were on a coach trip for the weekend and stayed over night. My single room was very comfortable, clean, and warm. We had an evening meal, which was excellent, with good service throughout. Again breakfast was excellent, although the lady who took us to our seats, seemed quite miserable, which was a shame as everyone else gave excellent service, in particular Sandra who couldn't do enough for us. She's a real asset to your hotel, lovely and cheerful, she really stood out. Would highly recommend this hotel, I would certainly stay there again. I would like to mention the man in charge in the dining room on the evening meal duty, despite it being very busy, he was really helpful, as I had asked for a jug of water, and even though he was extremely busy with various guests, he still brought my jug of water with a smile. Excellent service.

Rundown and very poor service, but does the job. The room was absolutely fine, quite spacious and has everything you need. Don’t expect anyone to pick up the phone for room service, even if reception is fully staffed the phone rings and rings. Breakfast finished earlier than the advertised time, so missed out on it.

A really nice hotel. Staff are brilliant. The room was a superior king and was a good size with bath and shower. It's right next to the station and to the centre of Newcastle. You get use of a spa and pool which is brilliant. Will be staying again
