I was there today with my partner. Things were going great considering they were expecting a visit from the queen! The new build seems to have been well thought out for patients and the staff were wonderful. The restaurant was beautiful, the food looked extremely tasty and after a slice of pizza, I'm happy to say it was! We were dreading seeing how much the parking would cost in carpark 2. After taking off the concession for disability, it we only £4! Should have been more than £12! All told, it's a fabulous hospital. Congratulations

Staff and doctors are fantastic. Only downside is the new restaurant. Staff hardly speak English. Don't acknowledge you even exist. Waited over 15 minutes just to pay for a hot drink. Drink was almost cold by the time I sat down. Sort it out papworth. Everything else is superb.

I was a day patient last week. I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone on the Day Ward involved in my treatment who treated me with the utmost care and respect explaining what they were doing every step of the way whilst putting me at ease with their friendly manner. Very grateful to have this fabulous hospital nearby.

The staff inside are all incredible, helpful and friendly. In regards to the complaints about the cost of the car park, you can get half price car parking! You need to take your parking ticket and appointment letter into the PALS corridor, to the cashiers window and someone will validate it for you. It's still expensive, but this trick will save you some money. The PALS corridor is behind you, slightly to the left as you walk into reception. Facilities are modern, clean, efficient and the services they offer are second to none that I have come across.

Everything was fine, the place , the receptionists and the doctor, however, they didn’t want to proceed with my case. I have an abnormality in my back that can effect the spine but they said since it doesn’t hurt you we can’t remove it! Seriously?!
