My little boy has just had to have emergency surgery here all the staff from the receptionist at a+e, surgeon, anetheatis have all been brilliant! Couldn't fault a single thing! Absolutely brilliant job!!

They are amazing what can I say. We are lucky to have such a hospital

The hospital provides excellent care with their helpful, polite and caring staff. My child has been there several times both as inpatient and outpatient. She was always well cared for and I am really thankful to the doctor and nurses. The A&E, parking and facilities are also good.

Very caring docs, nurses, radiologists x other staff... absolutely do their best... Where would we be without them and our NHS....???

Phenomenal service. Nurse Afra really took care of my child with love and compassion. My son felt like he was at home. Great staff and great environment!!

Today I have visited the children emergency department. The nurses and staff service is worreste. I have waited almost 4hrs and after continue follow up only they informed to come for test. After consulting doctor they simple said nothing to worry about cough just 2 min seeing. One

Given 3 stars as when my daughter was on ward 84, I had gone home for a few hours rest before returning to find a used commode with the lid open left nxt to her bed. They would have had to help her use it & couldn't believe they had just left it there, so unhygienic. They had promised to look after her whilst I wasn't there as i had no-one else to help but after this I would not leave her alone.

Incredible team at the burns department. Really supportive, reassuring and understanding.
