Very limitted opening hours. Do not take card payments, so if you are charged customs fee on delivery of a package, you are stuck, and will have to get cash out.

What a joke. Open 2 hours a day, and closed so many days and half days that you might as well just give up. Weren't you ashamed or embarrassed while putting up such sign, planning such schedule? Did you read it and thought: "we are doing so great". Fine. Don't be surprised if we prefer to take our custom to Hermes or else.

2 hours a day. At least I used to be able to collect before work. Last year Royal Mail had a record number of mail items and they respond by reducing the hours. What a joke!

EDIT - The long awaited sequel! Post Office 2 - Return of the Missed Redirection! Join us as we unravel a tale of mystery and baffling incompetence, as the Post Office bravely thwarts a local resident who brazenly asked for a parcel to be delivered to his house! Starring: The person who didn't notice the redirection notice The hero who failed to deliver it The brave soul who sent it to another continent See below for what critics think of the sequel to "Royal Mail - What do you want now?" 1 star - "What a joke" - Alexandre Prod'homme 1 star - "What a joke!" - Julie Mango 1 star - "red frowny face" - ABI 1 star - "insanity" - Serg C 1 star - "absolutely abysmal service" - scott gordon 1 star - "lots of angry typing, in caps" - E. Maren 1 star - "something about brexit, for some reason" - notalagerboy 1 star - "no good!" - Rose H Come see why critics are raging about their local delivery office! Anyway, thanks again guys, don't worry that I needed that parcel for work I'll just get the guys from the next continent over to try delivering it again. Original Review: To save anyone else a wasted trip, it would appear this place doesn't conform to the opening hours posted on their website. After an hour's worth of wasted driving they were closed at 1930 despite the website saying they were open until 2000. Also held on the phone for almost 20 minutes with no answer. Not entirely sure what you're supposed to do if you miss a parcel while you're at work, because you also then can't pick it up if you work. The people working there are always friendly and helpful and clearly know what they're doing. It's just frustrating to have to take time off work to collect a package, and more so when opening hours are posted incorrectly or not kept to.
