Utter Shambles Tracked Parcels can ‘go missing’ with no accountability whatsoever on Royal Mail, will not provide details of where my parcel was delivered to. Also the advertised number takes you through to a call centre in Glasgow NOT Edinburgh!

I'm constantly getting notifications "day after" that they tried to deliver parcels day before, but I've been at home! I think someone is doing that in purpose, maybe no one like to carry them. Its much easier with collection in depot... Hmm but some one pays for door to door delivery guys!

I think these guys get a REALLY hard time. I've started using this sorting office since August with 'Click and Drop', when hours were admittedly inconvenient, but at time of posting the extended hours are very good, much better, and the staff I see regularly during morning drop offs are always kind, polite and helpful. I think we forget that a lot of the frustrations we deal with as customers have nothing to do with the staff themselves. I love going to this sorting office and hope this service doesn't change as going to my local post office branch for 'regular mailing' is getting increasingly impossible (long wait times and severely understaffed/trained). Just wanted to say I appreciate the service and staff, perfect for dropping off parcels.

The Carpenter family would like to thank the post office delivery worker who came to our mother's aid after she had a fall in her flat in Quartermile on 16th January. She is in her 90's and is fully recovered after leaving hospital a few days ago. We cannot thank you enough for your prompt action and help.
