Royal Mail – North Delivery Office bristol

Tried to deliver a parcel twice to me and i was in both days. No door knocking or phone call and no card left either time. This was supposed to be sent to me in central Bristol. I had to drive to filton to get it so it wasn’t sent back. Absolutely terrible service in this day and age i expect better.

I pay 8 quid for next day delivery, you dont even knock just leave the card and I now have to pick it up myself or wait till the end of the week for them not to bother knocking again?

I really like this Post Office, the officers are nice and hardworking people.

Incredibly poor opening hours and nowhere near where I live. This really needs to be reviewed

The staff who sort the parcels are very good and I have no complaints about them, but the limited opening hours in a city of 500,000 really isn't acceptable. I mean why bother opening on Sunday if it shuts at 2pm on a Saturday? It could stay open until at least 3pm!! Royal Mail really is rubbish.

Great sorting office that covers my road in BS7 Over the covid period you could more or less have my post delivered by the same postman within 1/2 hour each day (as long as I got post) - I always know when he (Steve) is not around s the times vary and I get all sorts of post A couple of others who cover this street are really friendly but also I would use the term that they are "old school" and will miss them greatly when they retire!! Keep up the good work

Most staff are helpful and rarely had any problems picking parcels. I gave 3 stars because there is one staff member who is really rude. I gave the benefit of doubt as I thought he was having an off day. But everytime he serves me, he is just unpleasant.

Does anyone know the actual opening times of this place?

Maybe it would be useful if you updated the opening times as your always closed when ever I try... Just a thought..

Staff Always helpful and very stretched especially during covid.... There is a bit of a wait as with most companies.... Thanks guys.
