the worst service i ever received. The package said it was delivered at 5 in the morning, I live in a building where the concierge is, and full of cameras, no one has ever come to deliver the package, so I decide to go to the depot, I go to the depot and I am told that it was not possible to find the address (which is not true the address and the one I always used) so they gave it to another company, I go to the other company and I am told that it is not in the system, so this means that they have lost it. I give 1 Star, but if there was 0 I would have put 0! the package was hight valued .. This filing is shameful, unprofessional, the company should consider taking more professional people. disappointed and disgusted.

I live in manchester. I get a notification that my parcel has been delivered at 5am. When I check the tracking it has been delivered here, 200 miles away because they deemed the address wrong (it's a new build). Phoned royal mail and they told me because the item has technically been delivered to this delivery office they've done their job and there's nothing they can do. Number on this listing doesn't go to the DO it just puts you through to more unhelpful people at royal mail

Staff is professional, customers are a problem. They have a rules and people don't understand them. I have been send out home because i didn't have my id, i wasn't happy but that was my fault. I see stuff there and im served with smile. Thanks

Today i go for parcel collection in delivery office.they said i can deliver tomorrow.I can’t give you parcel becz it’s our policy..very rude behaviour of staff.😡😡i never go again there in my life.

I work for a company that receives post through the Hayes Depot and it is no surprise when items are shown as delivered at impossible times or on days we are not open!
